Along with this, other food items are also available at Amma’s place. The taste of it is amazing. As per customers, her food reminds them of their mother’s cooked food at home. In a recent media interaction, when she was asked her name, she said, “Just call me Amma.” She was not particularly interested in telling her name. Her story will make everyone emotional.

Amma shared that she belonged to a poor family. She had children at home, and they were going through extreme poverty. Somehow she was managing to survive and was able to feed the children. One day, she was making parathas for her children at home. Then the children said, Amma, you have magic in your hands; you should open a hotel. These words changed her mind, and then she started a paratha shop. The shop where Amma used to set up shop earlier is now 10 years old. Amma has been feeding people with parathas in the new shop for the last three years.

Amma further shared that not only people are crazy about the food and parathas made by her, but students also like them very much. Amma said that her hard work has paid off, and now children come here to eat. Hundreds of children also take tiffin from here daily.

Amma also said that after the immense hard work she has done for the shop, the result is that she is now capable of giving employment to 8 to 10 other women. With the earnings from this hotel, Amma has also built her own house and bought land in the city.
